The picture depicts Lugia's habitat perfectly, the legends about the storms caused by it seem to be implied by the background, and the spiral in the water effectively draws all of the viewer's attention to Lugia itself. Looking at the walk through of this, I can see that you certainly payed attention to what you were doing. I can appreciate that in an artist. I cannot effectively describe how much this picture caught my very being for a moment after I looked at it. overall, I would have rated it 5 stars on all accounts, but the originality in fanart can only go so high.

To replace the comment I would have added below:
"lol, I think I could effectively use those wings as a reference to draw hands. hmm... I might actually do that!"
