Hey hey, Wonderful job here on this Rayquaza! ^^ That's a really nice background too, I don't think I could pull something like that off XD The shading and highlights are really good, awesome color choice too by the way, and you did pretty good on his body <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> I do think the hands look a bit interesting though. The fingers look a bit big compared to the other hand. also, the horns on the sides of its face should be a little smaller than the ones on top X3 Your coloring style is really good, I like it <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Gosh, those clouds, I love them!
