Placido and Ceci

Placido the Slowking is the principal of a school near Tao Village. Despite always being seen as calm and slow, he is genuine and literally knows everything academically.

Ceci the Jynx is Placido's secretary, very hardworking and highly efficient. She helps Placido handle all the administrative work. Her coffee tastes extremely good as well, but she refuses to exploit the ingredients of it.
